Located in Fleetwood, Pennsylvania, Custom Milling & Consulting LLC, has been offering toll processing since 2002.

Our years of experience have led us to become leaders in toll milling, custom processing and chemical manufacturing. The technicians on staff have extensive background in mixing equipment operation, wet milling, and powder analysis and characterization.

Our 36,000 sq. ft. state of the art facility offers customers the benefit of producing large scale batch sizes with less time and more space.

Contract manufacturing gives companies the chance to adjust quantities rapidly while still keeping risk and cost down.  The toll manufacture will consume the liability and responsibility in the production process leaving you to concentrate on growing your business.

Many industries in the area engage CMC for processing services such as agriculture, consumer goods, electronics, aeronautics, pharmaceuticals and more.

We offer a range of toll milling/processing services to suit the needs of our customers, including:

  • Wet milling for particle size reduction
  • Particle deagglomeration
  • Blending, mixing & dispersing of liquid
  • Inventory management
  • Packing and labeling
  • Transportation and delivery to end user
  • Process documentation to satisfy ISO requirements
  • Quality analysis, formulation development and technical support

At CMC, our wet milling process can reduce particle sizes of material in a liquid medium or slurry with capability of producing micronized particles much finer than those produced by grinding machinery or dry milling.

Our specialized mixers help produce homogenized blends of the resultant fine particles that are used in various applications such as specialty paints & inks, protective coatings, agricultural chemicals and food additives.

Not only do we offer toll processing services, but we give our customers an opportunity to sample their product on our machines.

Our demonstration laboratory offers the chance for you to see the milling and emulsification process.

This service provides you with the chance to test your formulation before full scale production. Our expert analysts will provide you with the particle size and uniformity analysis. We also measure viscosity density/specific gravity and provide you with those results as well.
